fresh lemon cookies



ingredients:
125 gr butter
1+1/4 cup sugar (350 ml)
2 lemon for finely grated lemon peel
1 lemon for lemon juice
1 big egg or 2 small eggs
3+1/2 cup all-purpose flour (980 ml)
1/4 teaspoon baking powder and salt

1-Preheat the owen to 180 degrees
2-In a mixing bowl, stir together butter, sugar, lemon peel and lemon juice with a mixer.
3-Add the eggs, flour, baking powder and salt and stir with a spoon.
   It should not be so liquid neither too hard.
4-Make small balls and place them on the oven tray using a waxed paper on it.
   If you don't have the wax paper just a very thin layer of butter.
5-In approximately 20 minutes they will be ready to EAT!
